Anita Barone

Barone played Gail Cunningham in The Shoes of Seinfeld season 4. Barone was a chef named Elaine Benes who wanted shoes. Barone was part of the team in the show Carol & Company in early 1990, along with actor Carol Burnett. Barone was also Carol Willick Ross Geller's former wife in her first Friends performance. Barone left the show when she wanted to pursue a more full-time role she was substituted by Jane Sibbett. She was a star in The Jeff Foxworthy Show during the initial season (1995-1996) as well as The War at Home in 2005 to 2007. Barone was also co-starring in Daddio. Barone is also well-known for her roles on television in Desperate homewives Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline, In the City Party of Five The Larry Sanders Show. In 2004, Barone was awarded the Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award for her work in The feature film One Last Ride. Barone's role as a regular in Shake It Up Disney Channel show Shake It Up began in 2010, three years after The War at Home finished it's running. She played Officer Georgia Jones, the mother of Bella Thorne's CeCe Jones. The actor who plays Barone's husband Matthew Glave guest starred in two episodes of Shake It Up as J.J. Jones the ex-husband of the character played by Barone.
